After signing and documenting everything, we'll request a 10% deposit of the contract price to initiate the job.

After you approve the estimate, we'll need the final working drawings, engineering plans, and an interior design schedule. We can connect you with our trusted partners to achieve your desired outcomes.

Once we have all the necessary documentation, our team will prepare a detailed building proposal outlining your specific requirements for your complete satisfaction.

Construction

We’ll establish a clear timeline from the start of construction until we hand over the keys. Our experienced team will keep you engaged every step of the way by providing regular updates and clear communication throughout the process.
